metrics. The package takes a SpatialExperiment object and
calculates spatial statistics metrics using the package
spatstat. Then it compares the resulting functions across
samples/conditions using functional additive models as
implemented in the package refund. Furthermore, it provides
exploratory visualisations using functional principal component
analysis, as well implemented in refund.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/38403394163</link><pubDate>Thu, 03 Sep 2026 08:10:39 GMT</pubDate><r:package>spatialFDA</r:package><r:version>1.5.2</r:version><r:status>failure</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/spatialFDA</r:upstream></item><item><title>[bioc] multipointR 0.99.6</title><author>martin.emons@uzh.ch (Martin Emons)</author><description>`multipointR` is a package to compare the distribution of
cells in an image or cross images with point process models. On
a single image level point process models (`ppm`) model the
spatial distribution of a cell type point pattern as a function
of spatial covariates while accounting for natural spacing of
cells. The main model class considered in `multipointR` are
inhomgoeneous Gibb's point process models. Across multiple
images, users can either compare multiple univariate `ppm`
models in a for loop or fit one joint model across all images
with `mppm`. `multipointR` provides an interface between
`SpatialExperiment` and `SpatialFeatureExperiment` objects and
let's users flexibly define their own `ppm`/`mppm` models with
R's formula interface.</description><link>https://github.com/r-universe/bioc/actions/runs/36132802858</link><pubDate>Wed, 26 Aug 2026 14:28:29 GMT</pubDate><r:package>multipointR</r:package><r:version>0.99.6</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://bioc.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/bioc/multipointR</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>multipointR.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>multipointR.html</r:filename><r:title>Introduction to multipointR</r:title><r:created>2026-04-30 19:14:56</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-26 14:28:29</r:modified></r:article></item></channel></rss>
